Realty firm Puravankara Projects anticipates a sales revenue of about Rs 700 crore from the second phase of continuing reasonable housing project near Bengaluru.
The company today introduced the second phase of 'Provident Sunworth' project including about 1,400 housing units. The company did not reveal the project cost and estimated sales revenue of the second phase. However, it is supposing about Rs 700 crore of sales revenue over a phase of 3-4 years. Puravankara Projects Ltd has presence in Kochi, Bengaluru, Coimbatore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Mysore and Pune.
